Just coming back from an amazing Memorial Day weekend that was finally filled with sunshine, family and friends. I spent the entire weekend outside at family and friends pools and bbq's and what a weekend it turned out to be. The weather here in Massachusetts has been pretty lousy for a solid month we have had clouds and rain so to see 3 days of sun it was amazing and much needed. I started my Memorial Day with a 3 mile run and ended at the small parade here in downtown Monson. I have attended this parade every year because we must honor those who died in active military and show our support. They have made the ultimate sacrifice which is why I get to live the life I do. We ended our weekend at a local place here where I live to have fancy beer, ice-cream and live acoustic music by Seth Loconto. The beer they had on tap that I tried was called Pulp from the Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company which you can find in Worcester MA. Pulp is an 8% IPA with a hazy yellow color with a citrus taste. I of course liked it but you need to limit how many of those babies you have in one sitting! I was lucky enough to share in the company of these beautiful people pictured above. Hope ya'll had an amazing Memorial Day weekend and let the summer months begin!
